In order for us to count your flights with us, it is important that you register your Reward number when you book your flight. However, you can use My Reservations on Norwegian.com add your Reward number to your reservation after you have made the booking.
Only flights registered to the individual members’ profile will count towards this promotion, and not other travellers in the party. Therefore, it will only be your flight that counts towards this promotion, and not those for the rest of your family.
NB: Remember to register the Reward number of the other travellers who are Reward members, so the flights will count towards their profile in the promotion.
Only flights in the period from the 1st of July to the 31st of December will count towards this promotion. Flights completed prior to this will not count towards the promotions. You will still receive CashPoints if you register your Reward number no later than 30 days after departure.

Qualifying flights must be flown by the customer between 1 July 2015 and 31 December 2015.
The customer must add their Reward number during flight booking or within 30 days after flight departure.
The customer must fly a minimum of 12 return trips (or 24 one-way flights) with Norwegian between 1 July 2015 and 31 December 2015.
After reaching a minimum of 12 return trips, the customer will receive an e-mail on 4 January 2016 with details on how to redeem the long-haul ticket.

Information about the long-haul ticket:
The ticket is personal and may only be used by the Reward member/customer who earned it.
The ticket must be booked from an airport in the country in which you reside and is only valid for one purchase.
For UK Residents: The ticket must be booked from London-Gatwick (LGW) where Norwegian currently operate long-haul flights.
Norwegian are currently flying to the following long-haul destinations (Please note: Not all destinations may be available from your country): Bangkok (BKK), Boston (BOS), Florida-Fort Lauderdale/Miami (FLL), Florida-Orlando (MCO), Las Vegas (LAS), Los Angeles (LAX), New York (JFK), Oakland – San Francisco (OAK), Puerto Rico – San Juan (SJU), St Croix (STX).
The booking period for the ticket is 4 January 2016 to 1 March 2016. Flights must be booked within this date period.
The travel period for the ticket is the entire year of 2016, with exception of the following dates and public holidays:
• 1 January 2016 – 4 January 2016
• 18 March 2016 – 29 March 2016
• 18 June 2016 – 15 August 2016
• 17 December 2016 – 31 December 2016
Instructions on how to book the long-haul ticket will be emailed to eligible customers on 4 January 2016.
The ticket is a LowFare+ ticket and includes seat reservations, meals and follows the same fee, change and cancellation restrictions as ordinary LowFare tickets.
The ticket may be updated to Premium class for NOK 2000 one way.
Additional tickets may be purchased at an extra cost and added to the same booking.
It is not possible to exchange the ticket into cash.
On certain days and departures, some flights may have low or no available seats.
