The CashPoints will be transferred to your account the month following the first invoice from Escandinava de Electricidad.
Missing CashPoints are typically a result of not adding your Reward Number during the booking or payment process. Alternatively, it could be that the CashPoints are still in the process of being transferred.
Please be aware that this partner does not support the retro claiming of CashPoints. You will only earn CashPoints if your Reward Number was added at the time of signing-up for the service.
