CashPoints will be credited to your account up to 3 days after the trip has ended.
It is the main traveller who receives CashPoints for the entire trip's total price. Missing CashPoints are typically a result of not adding your Reward Number during the booking or payment process. Alternatively, it could be that the CashPoints are still in the process of being transferred.
Please be aware that this partner does not support the retro claiming of CashPoints. You will only earn CashPoints if your Reward Number was added at the time of booking.
