CashPoints will be credited to your account up to 14 days after the trip is completed.
Missing CashPoints are typically a result of not adding your Reward Number during the booking or payment process. Alternatively, it could be that the CashPoints are still in the process of being transferred.
You earn CashPoints on the net airfare, excluding taxes, fees and charges, and the overall hotel cost.
CashPoints earned in connection with the package are distributed equally between the registered Reward members included in the booking.
CashPoints are not awarded to individuals included in the booking who are not Reward members at the time the booking is made.
