What’s New in 2018

Date: 2018.04.12

Norwegian Reward works hard so our members can travel cheaper and better with Norwegian, and we’re delighted that our membership now exceeds 7 million people globally.

Combined, our members have earned enough CashPoints for 7 million flights – or one each!

We aim to continually improve our program. Below is a brief overview of what you as a member can expect from us in the near future.

New Reward - Priority Boarding

During 2018 we plan to introduce Priority Boarding as a new Reward. This Reward will be subject to the same terms of use and duration as our other Rewards: unlimited use and a minimum of 12 months validity.

Child account

Last year we launched Reward Family, which allows family and friends to pool CashPoints in one common account and spend them together. This has been very well received, and we will soon extend the initiative by introducing a type of membership for children to the program. This will help parents and guardians sign up for and manage their child’s Reward membership in a safe and easy way, and without the need for a separate email address for the child.

Limited Edition Rewards 2018

In January we introduced Limited Edition Rewards for 2018. Limited Edition Rewards make it possible to earn a free return trip to any of our destinations, as well as the option of a free Premium upgrade on one of our long haul routes.

Find out how to qualify for Limited Edition Rewards.

You can earn Limited Edition Rewards 2018 in parallel with our other membership benefits, so you can continue to earn CashPoints and other Rewards as usual.

Earning CashPoints on Flex Tickets

Starting 15 April 2018, Reward members will receive 10% CashPoints on Norwegian Flex tickets. The number of CashPoints earned may increase by up to 10% if you have CashPoint boost Rewards. Maximum earning is 20% CashPoints on an airline ticket.
